I am on a PC now that I built myself. Once something breaks that is too expensive to consider replacing or it outlives its usefulness I plan on switching to a Mac.

You just need to find the right spot at your home to keep focussed. Just take a room, make it your office and work over there. I can't focus myself too when I'm working at the kitchen table. It makes me wanna cook some delicious food when I see the nice vegetables, garlics and spices. The best thing for me is to set up a space or room in the house with just a PC, a nice chair a desk and some books. I'm quitly fast distracted. I think it depends on your “home office”. Sincerelly when I was an employee I had to be sitted working, fully stressed, now I work more "relaxed" and I fell more creative, for me the distraction cause me no trouble.
