  1. I’m just a website designer that offers to create your business an awesome website.

  2. As for me. I offer web design, mainly using wordpress and seo services. On the rare occasion I would also do graphic design.

  3. I specialize in developing websites on Drupal. I also offer social media consulting to local small businesses.

I’ve defined the market that I want to target, but you can’t get too specialized when targeting small businesses in a rural area (read: it’s nearly 100 miles to the nearest Starbucks last time I checked).

At work I strictly do web design (HTML & CSS). On my own I don’t like to turn away ideas, but sometimes redirection is the best medicine for a client who wants it all but has a small budget.

  5. I’m just the opposite (sort of). Right now, I mostly work in packaging and logo development, and offer web design as “added value”.

  6. Jerry B says:

    Design websites and front/backend program.

I program in php, (x)html, css & javascript.

  7. Nick B says:

A lot of design stuff lately (web, some print), but I love sinking my teeth into development:) I do a lot of WordPress Templates and basic HTML, but for me, Actionscript will always be the most fun to work with.

I do the usual xhtml/css/javascript/php/sql song and dance. I used to do Flash 5 and 8, Actionscript 1 and 2, but making websites or splash pages with those went the way of the dinos. I use WordPress when it’s a viable solution and looks good, but it’s not a specialty at all. I’m certainly more into Drupal. Oddball specialties include DIV-overlay profiles on Myspace for companies/bands, Twitter backgrounds, FBML tabs on Facebook, and I’m starting to crack into eBay store customization.

  9. I help people market what they do.

  10. Specialize in PHP application development, mostly backend and system management type of development while at “the office” :)

But personally, I love developing new applications/websites for clients (frontend/backend) in PHP/C#/SilverLight. And on the odd occasion, develop applications for BlackBerry and iPhone (starting to love Objective-C)

  11. Strange how there will always be trolls that would have to sneak onto a comment section….
