CSSIf you weren’t a developer or designer, what else would you be doing? I’d be astronaut or a archaeologist. :)

A novelist. Definitely a novelist. Actually, I still have ambitions of doing that one day.

  2. Photographer…traveling the world! Love taking photographs on vacation trips.

  3. Probably a social worker or a writer. My writing, unfortunately, isn’t very good, so I’m glad I didn’t go that way.

  4. I would either be a photographer or be something with law enforcement. Maybe I can crack into some form of Cyber Crime one day and have the best of both worlds.

I actually did prep to be an astronaut for most of my youth. I was even at one time the Michigan head of the Future Astronaut Club, programmer on my school’s robotics team, avid local amateur astronomer with my own e-mail newsletter, and pretty much an encyclopedic knowledge of all things astronomy, space exploration and NASA. Ultimately, I was left in the dust because of my many health problems. Even Air Force and Navy recruiters wouldn’t take me, and they usually try to brainwash people into joining them at any cost. *lol* Ahhhh, those were the days.

    • I wanted to be an astronaut for so long, I even went to Space Academy. So glad I decided not to do it now, because of numerous health reasons too. Reminds me of that one movie where the guy wanted to be an astronaut and they wouldn’t allow him to be because his genetic makeup wasn’t perfect so he stole someone’s identity and faked it…dangit what’s that movie called??

I chosen computers instead of being writer or mathematician.

But I will be photographer when I retire :)

Probably still working in a warehouse, but would probably have become a real estate investor.

What would I be doing if I wasn’t a designer/developer? Good question lol. It really depends on location. If I hadn’t moved down South I would probably still be an Electrical Engineer. I have a degree in Computer Engineering so I could have gone in any direction either computer programming or hardware of some sort. But that was 6+ years ago and my skills there are slacking so now I’d probably have to go into teaching or some clerical type work until I could afford to brush up on specific skills I’d need to get back for the major programming or engineering part (if I didn’t want to continue with that work). If we move those choices could all change again.

  10. Sadly, I am not a developer or designer (and still, I dig this blog). I LOVE what I do and life is all fucked up yet perfect for me BUT if I Had to do something else, I think being a developer would be cool. I don’t know the first thing about it, and I’m sure it takes tons of work and an aptitude for it, but it intrigues me.

  11. I always wanted to fly fighter jets. But I also would have love to be a auto mechanic.

I’d of loved to have been a footballer but am no where near good enough. If I wasn’t a web designer I would likely be a tradesman of some kind, probably a Joiner or Plumber.

I looked into Astronomy for a looonng time..It almost beat out Computer Science as my major just a few short years ago. So yes, probably an astronomer or astrophysicist…outer space stuff :D

  14. Heinrich says:

I would be astrophysicist and/or cheff

Will still be an IT professional. Most likely a blogger or SEO specialist
