The web can be just as great of a place for building your brand as real life while used correctly. In example, Facebook isn't a cool club, but everyone is always talking about it.I wish people understood the power of the web for their business. While it may not make total sense to create something the same as facebook with your company's branding, you can launch a great online advertising campaign. For this, I am thinking of "free credit report" with their great, catchy songs. Everyone sung those, and they were in my head, 6 months after the campaign ended. I recently had a client that was completely satisfied with the site and the price until the business owner next to him starting saying he could have built the same site in 20 min and websites are easy to build...and that I was basically ripping him off.To make a long story short I lost a SEO contract and haven't received the rest of my money for the site because of this guy. You don't see the suspension of your car....do you think you'd have still bought it if the car salesman told you it was a cheap suspension?
