  1. I am Benjamin Reid, a 21 year old web designer/developer from the UK. I play the guitar for a couple of bands & take lots of pictures with my snappy camera. My website is: http://www.nouveller.com/

That felt like the first day of college all over again, haha.

  2. Angelo says:

I am Angelo, 16 years, coding in PHP, CSS, JS, VB.Net, C#. Coding and gaming are my hobbies. Here’s my website: AngeloG.nl! (It’s currently dead, as it redirects to my Posterous blog, and Posterous is getting DDOS’d.)

    My current projects: SeriousSam.net, ClipUpload.

    I study Media-technology.

(Also not sure if HTML codes [links] work here)

So that’s me… oh and if I’m bored I make music in FLStudio. :)

  3. Yari says:

I know this is completely beside the point, but that is probably the most adorable puppy I have ever seen! Look at all that ambition, the frisbee is just as big as (s)he is!

  4. Jen says:

My name is Jen and I am a freelance photographer and designer based in Austin, Texas. Even though I’m just starting my freelance career, I have experience in print, logo, and electronic medium design. My website is: http://adrinahdesign.com.

I am also a runner. I’ve finished 4 half marathons since February 2009 and am currently training for my first full marathon in Chicago this October.

I am engaged and planning my wedding for spring 2011. My fiancé and I rescued our dog, Winston, about 4 years ago!

  5. Andrew says:

    Hi, I’m andrew.
I’m quite new to the web design and development game, but loving every minute of it. I work for moray web solutions in Lossiemouth, Moray, but we are in the process of moving to bigger offices, 100 high Street, Elgin, Moray.

Just finished working on mtlettings.co.uk with the boss Gordon.

Lots more projects to finish off in the next few weeks so watch this space!

  6. My name is Brian Altenhofel and I am a Drupal developer in Western Oklahoma. I also provide social media consulting services to local small businesses.

I’m a lifelong musician with a classical training in guitar that began at the age of 5. I sometimes sit in with local bands, but usually on bass. I’ve got quite a bit of experience in audio engineering both live and in the studio. I do a lot of volunteer work in this area for my church and local special events.

I enjoy dirt oval racing, and not just for the thrill. I love the smell of dirt, rubber, and 110 octane gasoline or methanol all mixed together. I also love the engineering that goes into a car that performs well. I’m sure I can rebuild and tune a Quadrajet carburetor blindfolded, but I’ve never tried.

I watch NASCAR every Sunday, but usually alone because some people don’t like my habit of calling the changes to cars on pit stops before they pit.

I can’t read a fiction book, but I absolutely enjoy any book that I can learn something from. I’ve been known to go to library sales for the purpose of buying old textbooks. I also spend a lot of time reading legislation, laws, and court opinions for fun.

I’m very much into politics. I’m a Libertarian. I run a blog on politics. I’m probably on the top 5 list of people who contact my legislators, except lobbyists.

I am a self proclaimed beverage connoisseur. Our bar in our trailer house stays pretty stocked with a wide variety. I’m sure we could compete with some of the local joints if we wanted to. I also keep a wide variety of beers stocked in the fridge in the garage (with an appropriate “Accounts Payable” door sign mounted to the fridge door).

  7. Tuncay Demirtepe says:

I’m Tuncay Demirtepe, a 31 years old web application developer (C#) from Orlando, FL.

I haven’t got a website for myself. I could not find a time to create one.

Currently I’m working on a CRM project for a company about managing their repairing works for Verizone customers.

Also I’m working on a tool for freelance workers: http://chase4me.com

  8. Leonardo says:

Hi, I’m Leonardo and I’m a web developer (Sounds like an AA introduction xD). I am 22 years old, my career in IT started one year ago when I began programming and then moved on to web development. I’m currently working in a web design/development company and my work focus is updating, supporting and website of a TV channel.

Currently I have no website of my own, but I’m working on one, for my future freelance development business on the side of my 9 to 7 job.

Besides of my development stuff, I do a lot of other things, mainly listening to and discovering music. I’m a huge music passionate and love to surprise my ears with new beats everyday. I love to read (Fiction, History Novels) and sometimes I write, mostly short stories.

I’m an animal enthusiast, I suffer and get all mad when people mistreats animals, I even stopped attending circuses.

@Brian: WOW! It’s great that you’re a classical guitarist, I’m nuts for classical guitar music like “El Concierto de Aranjuez”, Segovia’s compositions, and many composers from my country (Venezuela) like Antonio Lauro.

    @Yari: Indeed it’s such a cute puppy.

    • Yes me too. I got so sad when my fiancee put out poison to kill the moles in our yard. But I never really could understand people who abuse dogs. They’re just too danged cute.

  9. Hi everyone, my names John *groups says Hi John :P *

Anywhow, I am a 26-year old web application developer from most-parts-of-the-year sunny Cape Town in South Africa, and run a niche little freelancing web house. Other than that, I love the outdoors (who would have thought that of a geek? :P ) If I am not playing squash, I will be on my bike practicing for the next Cape Argus Cycle Tour, or I will be settling down for a nice braai (that is a BBQ for my international comrades) with my fiancee :)

    Have the best day everyone!
    Vilmos

    • Starcraft is my all time favorite game. Trying to decide whether I should pick up Starcraft 2, or actually stay focused on web design. I know I will get sucked into it if I buy it!

      Good luck with your website.

      • Will says:

Yeah I know what you mean :p Personally, I’m not into SC2 (not yet anyway). Still playing on different maps and custom campaigns on the original SC.

My name is Inigo Montoya … er, wait, that one’s already been done.

I’m a full time web developer for a small company, so I get to generalize with backend development, JavaScript, server admin, Database Admin, and all sorts of other fun roles. Soon to be a father of two. I surely read more web dev stuff online than can be healthy for anyone. =)
