I'd like to think I go the extra for all my clients. Obviously asking for things that take time I will tell them that its going to cost x amount for the extra work and we take it from there. But if its something like registering a domain or adding Google Analytics because they don't know how set those things up for example or something that wouldn't take me very long to do, then why not. The client will go away satisfied at the service you have provided. Great article!
